Of course you can contact us not only at the Oktoberfest. Use our city office in downtown Munich at the "Wiener Platz" from April untill November. Please contact Angela Ofenstein for your concerns!

From September 8th on, you will find our office in our beer-tent on the Oktoberfest. We are open for you: Mo-Fr 9 am to 12 am and 1 am to 4 pm.


Tent office
Our tent office is easy to find: Visit us at the Hofbräu-Festzelt and look for the "Büro"-signs indicating your way. The opening hours change during the Oktoberfest: From September 18th to October 3rd 2004 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
